This 1-day course led by Jonathan Kahn is for content professionals who want to learn how to apply techniques from agile product development to create user-centred content. You’ll learn how to:

  • use contextual research techniques to discover user needs
  • capture user needs using “user stories” and customer journey maps
  • use pair writing to create content that meets the needs you discovered
  • test content with users and iterate based on their feedback

About the trainer

Jonathan Kahn created agile content conf in 2015 and since then has trained hundreds of content professionals to apply agile methods to digital content. He organises the London Agile Content Meetup (over 2000 members) and has presented at content conferences internationally, including Confab in Minneapolis, Content Strategy Forum in Cape Town, and EuroIA in Rome.
